Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selections, or purchases made by mistake.

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection for eligible items if the following conditions are met:

  • Your name and order number/receipt must be presented within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection.
  • Products that are defective upon receiving due to manufacturing defects or damage during the shipping process.
  • Products that were wrongly sent (completely different from what you ordered).
  • Items must be in their original packaging and unopened.

All exchanges are subject to approval by our team.

Exchange Procedure

Please contact us via WhatsApp at 8893 5753 or email us at admin@paper-clip.com.sg and we will arrange for the item(s) to be exchanged at our Suntec store as soon as possible.

We will keep you updated via WhatsApp/email once the exchange is ready.

Blind box items can only be exchanged 1-to-1 for the same design. Replacements are not new blind boxes, and exchanges for different designs are not allowed.

For blind box, collectible, and mystery items, opening the packaging will be considered acceptance of the product condition. Exchanges will not be accepted due to personal preference, such as not receiving a preferred design or character, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for one-time exchange only.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for exchange unless defective.
  • Customers are responsible for any return delivery costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Food
  • Plants (including terrariums)
  • Jewellery (Earrings, Necklace, Etc.)
  • Beauty & Grooming products
  • Sale items
  • Intimate items (Shoes, Socks, Underwear, Etc.)

Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp at 8893 5753.

Kindly note that cancellations are not allowed once your order has been processed.
